Preparation Suggestion
Spinach
First, thinly cut the onion and fry it with the oil. Then add the tomato paste and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Now add the frozen Köytad spinach. After about 1-2 minutes add about 3 glasses of water. Now you can add about 3-4 spoons of washed rice as you wish. Finally add the salt and the spices. Let the Köytad spinach cook for about 30-45 minutes.
