Cooking Instructions


Take the Köytad Börek out of its packaging.
Save the fireproof packaging and place it on the middle shelf of your oven, preheated to 190 ° C (you can optionally add egg yolks.) Cook for about 30-35 minutes (May vary depending on oven temperature and timing.)

Filling: Semolina (wheat), 35% mizithra cheese, 5% feta cheese, 5% white cheese, edesma (non-fat pasteurized cow's milk, non-fat pasteurized condensed cow's milk, vegetable fat: palm oil, milk proteins, salt, non-animal culture, rennet, preservative: potassium sorbate), modified corn starch, vegetable oil: sunflower oil, 1% olive oil, salt, pepper.
The product contains cereals (wheat) and milk. It may contain traces of sesame and soybeans.
