Cooking Instructions


Take out the Köytad Borek from its package leave the special reproof package then place it on the middle shelf of your oven which you have preheated to 190°C (Optionally, you can add egg yolk.) Cook about 30-35 minutes (Depending of the oven temperature and timing may dier.) After 5-10 minutes resting, Köytad Borek is ready to serve.

Ingredients

Dough: Wheat flour (wheat gluten, enhancer: α-amylase l-cysteine, enzymes), vegetable fat (in varying proportions partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (cottonseed oil and/or sunflower oil) and partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm oil, palm kernel oil), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidifying agent: citric acid, flavoring, coloring: β-carotene}, water, sugar, salt.
Filling: 30% potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidants: fatty acid esters of palmitic acid and sodium metabisulphite, color: curcumin), water, frozen onion, vegetable oil: sunflower oil, modified maize starch, salt, mixed spices.
The product contains cereal (wheat), sulfite and mustard. May contain traces of sesame seeds and soybeans.
