Cooking Instructions
Take the Köytad Börek out of its packaging.
Save the fireproof packaging and place it on the middle shelf of your oven, preheated to 190 ° C (you can optionally add egg yolks.)
Cook for about 30-35 minutes (May vary depending on oven temperature and timing.)
After a 5-10 minute break, Köytad Börek is ready to serve. Good Appetite...


Ingredients
Dough: Wheat flour (wheat gluten, enhancer: α-amylase l-cysteine, enzymes), vegetable fat (in varying proportions partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (cottonseed oil and/or sunflower oil) and partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm oil,
palm kernel oil), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidifying agent: citric acid, flavoring, coloring: β-carotene}, water, sugar, salt.
Filling: 32% frozen spinach, 25% mizithra cheese, 4% feta cheese, 2% white cheese, frozen onion, frozen leek, semolina (wheat), vegetable oil: sunflower oil, 1% olive oil, salt, pepper. The product contains cereals (wheat) and milk. It may contain traces of sesame,
soybean and celery.
