Vegetables Mix
The best salad to eat in winter is the Winter Vegetable Salad.
We do not lose any nutrients by making vegetable soup with its water.
1. First, we wash the vegetables and boil them in the same pot.
2. Add salt to the boiling water. Then, we shred the boiled vegetables and take them to our serving plate.
3. Pour garlic, salt, lemon juice and olive oil over it.
Your salad is ready. Enjoy your meal.
