Preparation Suggestion

450 grams of Köytad peas
2-3 Potatoes
1 Carrot
250 g beef meat 1 onion
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

Chop the onion for cooking. Take the oil in a pan and fry the onions. When the onions turn pink, add the chopped meat and continue frying. Then add the peeled and diced potatoes and carrot to the pot. Add the tomato paste, salt and spices and mix. Add the peas. Finally, add 2 glasses of hot water and let it boil. After 5 minutes when it starts to boil, cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. You can check that the potatoes are cooked with a fork and cover them.
