Preparation Suggestion

Broccoli soup
125 grams of Broccoli
4 tablespoons of oil
1 medium onion
Black pepper
1 Egg
1 glass Milk

Transfer 4 tablespoons of oil to the pan and turn the onion diced into pink. Let's add the chopped Broccoli and roast them until they soften. Then, let's add enough water to cover it. Let's adjust the salt and black pepper and cook on slow fire until the borkolis are softened. On the other hand, let's whisk the egg yolk and mix it with the milk. 1 minute before removing the soup from the fire, let's pour the milk mixture on it. Let's cook it by mixing for 1 more minute and take it off the fire. Let's serve.
