Preparation Suggestion
Fresh Okra with Meat and Tomatoes
450 g Köytad Okra
200 g of Beef Cubes
5 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Tomato Paste
1 Onion
2 Water Glasses Boiling Water
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon salt
Put 1 tablespoon of tin oil in the pan and heat it. Then add the meat and fry it until it evaporates, releasing its own water. Add 2 glasses of boiling water and boil. Cook on low heat with the lid closed until there is no water in the pot. Put tin oil in a separate pot and heat it. Add onion and fry at low heat. Then add tomato paste and tomato and fry. Add cooked meat, okra, 3 cups of boiling water, salt and lemon juice on it and mix. After the pot begins to boil, cover the lid and cook for 45 minutes on the lowest heat.
