Okra

Köytad Okra

First, cut the onion thinly and fry it with the oil. Then add the chopped peppers, the diced tomatoes and the tomato paste one after the other and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Now add the frozen Köytad okra pods. After about 1-2 minutes, add the juice of half a lemon and about 3 glasses of water. Finally, add salt and spices. Let the Köytad okra about cook for 30-45 minutes, without stirring it often.
